TIMOTHY R. PITCHER

Tim began his professional career in construction as a project manager. Over the years, construction and development projects around the world, including Japan, Hungary, Poland, Holland, and the United States, gave him extensive knowledge of commercial, institutional and industrial structures, retail stores, shopping centers, office parks and office buildings. In recent years as a founder of Emperor Group, Tim has focused his efforts domestically in the nonprofit sector.

Art joined the Emperor Group, LLC in the spring of 2008. Art is a graduate of Texas State University and holds General Contractor licenses in several states. Combining refined business acumen with advanced expertise as a leader, he is a dynamic proffesional with extensive experience strategically directing all aspects of construction operations for regional, national, and global corporations. Art has over 17 years of experience developing and executing high-impact plans resulting in lucrative new revenue streams, driving profitability and maximizing ROIs. Art is recognized as one of the leaders in implementing advanced technolgies in the construction and business operations arenas.
S. WADE GARARD
President, CRG LLC
A graduate of Indiana University with a BA in Journalism and Speech Communication, Wade Serves as president and senior campaign director of Emperor Group subsidiary CRG, LLC. Since its founding in 1994, CRG has coordinated national and local campaigns for fraternities, sororities and other nonprofit organizations. Wade is recognized amongst his peers as one of the leaders in capital campaign management. Through innovative scalable programs, CRG clients have raised more than $32 million. Wade is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and an associate member of the North American Interfraternity Conference and the Fraternity Executives Association.
