We have developed an array of services to meet the fundraising needs of our clients large and small and can tailor programs specific to your needs.
CRG provides consulting services in two different ways: 1. Periodic counsel per day fee 2. Flat fees per project
As members of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), CRG will not work on a contingency or receive compensation based on a percentage of funds raised. CRG fees do not include expenses.

Periodic Counsel
Periodic Counsel Fees are based on a per day rate. Days are pooled and used as the client and CRG and mutually agree. (Strategic planning, board retreats, prospect cultivation/solicitation, coaching, volunteer training, etc)

AMP (Alumni Management Program)
AMP involves database maintenance/upkeep plus annual communications and Annual Fund fundraising. Chapters should implement an annual program like this for two reasons: (1) to build the habit of giving over time and (2) keep alumni informed (a chapter should send a minimum of eight touches per year). The CRG AMP includes per year: 2 newsletters, 2 invitations, 2 appeal letters, 2 articles for national magazine/websites. |
Audits
A fundraising or development audit is a 1-3 day on-site assessment of the fundraising practices of a non-profit organization. During an audit, CRG analyzes past and current fundraising strategies and results. We make recommendations on how to better your results both with short-term strategies and long-term strategies. |
Waves
Waves is a stand-alone fundraising technique developed by CRG to raise short-term capital for a specific project from a very narrow target segment within your constituency. A wave fund drive can target a specific era within a chapter for a specific project. Donors receive an interactive multi-media appeal that connects them with both the organization and their contemporaries. Most waves even include a reunion. |
Feasibility Studies
CRG recommends that before a campaign is launched, a thorough study is conducted. The ultimate purpose of a study is to establish an attainable campaign goal. A CRG study allows your board to make a more informed decision about undertaking a campaign. During a study, CRG interviews 30 of your key potential donors face-to-face to ascertain the following:
1. Is the case (project) compelling? 2. Is there the availability of leadership volunteer support from inside and outside of the board? 3. Is there the availability of pace-setting leadership gifts? 4. Establishment of an attainable fundraising goal 5. The appropriate timing and strategy for a campaign.
