Phase III: Mid-Range Gift Phase
                 o Tertiary level gifts in an initiation year-to-year approach
                 o Ongoing volunteer solicitation

                 o Ongoing face-to-face solicitation of major prospects

Phase IV: Mass Solicitation
                 o Campaigns ought not to be announced publicly (“kicked off”) until 50-                      75% of the goal has been raised
