Who We Are
S. Wade Garard
President, Senior Campaign Director
Wade graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Journalism and Speech Communication and is a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. Founder of CRG in 1994, Wade has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars for fraternities via over 1,500 face-to-face ask-visits of fraternity alumni, with and without volunteers. Through this leadership, CRG clients have raised more than $32 million.
Wade is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He is an associate member of the North American Interfraternity Conference and the Fraternity Executives Association. Wade is married to a Tri-Sigma and they live in Noblesville, Indiana with their two children.
David Frederick
Campaign Director
David is a native of Indiana and a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity. His undergraduate and graduate level training is in United States history, and he holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Indiana University. Former careers include the fields of education (at both the secondary and collegiate levels), historic preservation administration and institutional development.
David’s work as a fundraiser has been primarily focused in higher education and fraternities. Before joining CRG, he served as development officer for a Quaker school in Philadelphia and as major gifts officer for the Indiana University Foundation. He has also consulted extensively with local historic preservation groups and religious congregations regarding their development needs.
